3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address as they appear on your government-issued identification.
• Complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card) or other acceptable government-issued photo identification within 7 days of registration. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within this timeframe may be suspended or closed.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify for4d support immediately at [email protected].
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Balances.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

for4d supports deposits through the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet providers:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks.

• Additional payment methods may be added at for4d's discretion. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions, unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. VIP tier members may enjoy higher deposit limits as outlined in the VIP program terms.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (for bank transfers) and immediately (for e-wallet transactions). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours.
• for4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and fund confiscation.
• You must deposit funds only from legitimate sources. for4d reserves the right to investigate suspicious deposit patterns and report potentially illegal activity to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your Account dashboard. By requesting a withdrawal, you agree to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your legal name matching your KYC-verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Requests below this threshold will be rejected.
• for4d processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 24 hours for verified Accounts in good standing. VIP tier members may receive priority processing with faster turnaround times.
• First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional security verification, including but not limited to identity confirmation, source of funds documentation, or video call verification. This process may extend processing time by 24-72 hours.
• for4d reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violations, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In such cases, we may freeze your Account pending investigation.
• Any active Bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements must be forfeited before a withdrawal request can be processed. Alternatively, you may continue wagering until requirements are satisfied.

5.2 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

• for4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, expedited withdrawal services for VIP members may be subject to applicable fees as outlined in VIP tier benefits.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 for standard Accounts and higher for VIP tier members. Monthly limits may also apply based on Account status.
• Your bank or payment provider may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges, which are your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are awarded at for4d's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering Bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may result in Bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting system errors, will result in immediate Bonus forfeiture, Account closure, and potential legal action.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Users who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for for4d's welcome bonus, subject to the following terms:

• Welcome bonuses are typically structured as a percentage match of your first deposit, up to a specified maximum amount.
• Minimum deposit requirements apply. The welcome bonus is issued automatically upon qualifying deposit completion.
• Standard wagering requirements of 30x the bonus amount apply unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.
• Welcome bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and Account closure.

• Any remaining Account Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, minus any outstanding liabilities or bonus-related deductions.

9.2 Termination by for4d

Upon termination for Terms violations:

for4d makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which for4d is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
